Internal Controls Coordinator

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

* Coordinate internal controls activities and compliance to government rules and regulations, and internal policies and procedures

* Lead self testing process for both Sarbanes – Oxley (SOX) ACT requirements and corporate risk management

* Coordinate IAAS audit and issue certification process through closely follow up and effective communications

* Proactively advocate compliance at facility to continuously enhance compliance culture

* Provide training to facility personnel and leadership as it relates to internal controls

* Develop an expanded understanding of Caterpillar’s business and accounting practices, systems and procedures

* Interacts with multiple functional areas and levels of authority for issue resolving

Qualifications - Required Qualifications:

* University degree major in accounting/finance

* Demonstrate initiative, leadership, good judgment and accountability

* Effective and efficient communication skills

* Leadership vison and skills

* Comprehensive knowledge of Caterpillar products, operation process, and financial

* Fluent in English (verbal and written)
