Site Coordinator

Evaluate conditions of the equipment, utilities and building vs new layout
? Specify installation-, utilities-, building-, consumables- and tools requirements
? Lead installations and site coordination activities for all types of production equipment
? Lead and coordinate day to day installation site activities and resources
? Lead/participate Ｏn site communication, reporting, visual board updates and meetings
? Lead identification of and act Ｏn installation project deviations
? Perform commissioning and process verification vs. VSU agreement
? Lead implementation and maintenance of working standards
? Initiate and lead Continuous Improvement activities, issue resolution, OHS compliance
? Plan and execute training for operators, maintenance- and quality personnel incl. qualification
? Drive capability development of people, process and tools for site installation work
? Lead/participate in technical audits with the goal to overcome or evaluate performance issues Ｏn our converting lines
? Work according to project methodology (EM or similar), document and issue engineering feedback reports, and drive continuous improvement activities
We believe you have
? At least 5-10 years of experience in installing and leading installations of converting equipment in an industrial environment
? Deep level of OHS knowledge
? Deep level of knowledge of converting equipment, processes and technologies
? Trouble shooting experience
? Understand and apply WCM
? Possesss and applies relevant principles, practices and procedures for the completion of complex installation assignments
? Experience with project management tools such as MS-Project, MS Excel and Power Point
