R&D Lab manager

Leads the APAC Electrical Sector testing effort of (new) products and components;
Plans the operation and the schedule for the Test Lab to accommodate the testing of components. Regularly prepares reports Ｏn test program status;
Identifies and acquires new technology to improve laboratory operations;
Responsible for maintenance and calibration of R&D lab intruments and equipment;
Support all EHS functions and ensures lab safety;
Addresses unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and hazards in respective work area(s), and evaluate the ensuing correction(s).
Communicates effectively with management and engineers and others utilizing the most appropriate media whether electronic, audio-visual, hard copy, lab demonstrations or other means;
Respond to other tasks at request from management.
任职要求 Qualifications
Preferred Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering;
More than 10 years’ working experience, foreign enterprise preferred;
Electrical Power System Engineering;
"Previous management responsibility is an asset;
Knowledge of test methods and relevant (international) standards;
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
Excellent interpersonal skills to guide and assist a wide variety of lab
