工艺工程师

职责描述：
1. Leading and Cooperating with production supervisor, maintenance, quality team and process engineer to analysis defects of process and feedbacks form customers to define the target for process improvement.
2. Responsible for the production new products, machinery and equipment development and transfer, to define the new standard of process
3. Responsible for develop IPs and new technologies for continues support business
4. Production projects leading or supporting for continues process, engineering and safety improvement to reduce cost, Ensure the manufacturing processes are in compliance with quality and safety standards
5. Follow up GMP requirement by risk assessment, change control, validation and qualification process to ensure the process and machine sustainability to manufacture.
6. Introduce new standard to process and follow up with training system and monitoring system to ensure rollout successfully
7. Develop and qualify new suppliers together with PU team to support production necessary spare parts or process
8. Department data analysis: OEE / PLH/ Cp & Cpk…,trouble-shooting & Lean activities.
9. Another tasks be assigned by manager


任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree in engineering
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
3. Computer skills (MS Office)
4. Enjoys teamwork and ability to learn quickly
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Must be willing to work with glass processing industry for pharmaceutical customers
7. Knowledge about lean manufacturing, TPM, GMP, Engineering development are an advantage
