生产主管

职责范围：
1. Ensure that all related requirements regarding Quality Management Systems and EHS Management Systems are obeyed.
确保所有相关需求都遵循质量管理系统和EHS管理系统的要求。
2. Be responsible for coordinating and supervising the safety rules being obeyed for the whole departments.
负责协调整个部门的生产安全规定的遵守。
3. With good communication skill to lead and coordinate the related functions (Sales, Production Planner, Quality Control Chemist, Technical Chemist, Customer Service Representative, tolling team and etc) to monitor the daily production activities in the tolling site and make sure Ｏn tile in full delivery.
善于沟通，协调其他相关部门（销售人员，生产计划员，质量控制化学师，技术化学师，客服代表，tolling 团队等），关注每天的生产进度，确保准时足额到货。
4. Works in conjunction with other departments such as Human Resources, Quality Control, Operation Planning, Maintenance, Lean and Engineering as related to the assigned area of responsibility.
针对职责中指定的负责范围，与其他相关部门合作，比如人事部，质控，计划，维修，精益生产和工程部。
5. Lead the continuous improvement projects by using the Lean manufacturing tools to drive changes.
使用精益生产的工具领导变革，持续改进项目。
6. With the related process knowledge to involve the process and the formula optimization and modification.
使用相应的工艺知识，影响工艺流程和相关配方的优化和修正。
7. Lead the cross functional team to solve quality issue or customer complains timely by using quality tools.
使用质量工具推动跨部门合作，及时解决车间的质量问题或者客户抱怨。
8. Focus Ｏn result to meet all related tolling operational goals.
关注结果，维护Tolling相关运营目标。
9. Daily investigated abnormal batch and established related action plan to reduce quality risk.
每天异常生产批次的分析，建立相关措施用来降低质量风险。
10. Continual consumed no-ok products(production & sale & technique issue) in tolling site.
持续在Tolling厂减少非OK产品。
11. 5S coordination.
5S协调。

要求Requires:
1. College degree or above, major in science and engineering is preferred.
大专及以上学历，理工背景优先。
2. At the least 5 years production management experience, chemical experience is preferred.
至少五年生产管理经验，化工行业经验优先。
3. Master Ｏn lean is preferred.
擅长精益生产优先。
4. Can work under high pressure
能够承担较大的工作压力。
5. Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit and organizational ability
较强的沟通技巧，团队精神和组织能力。
6. Skillful computer operations
计算机使用熟练。
7. Basic communication in English, both oral and write.
基本的英语沟通能力，包括口语和书写。
