生产维修经理

Responsible for overseeing all chemical production and facility/maintenance activity in the plant, manage the production & maintenance KPI as striving for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible to make sure individual, process, equipment, material in own territory is meeting regulatory and PPG safety standard and aero-quality all the time.
2. Be responsible for daily operations of production workshop and site facility and maintenance;
3. Be the project owner for any capital project, make sure the quality, timeline and cost all within requirement;
4. Lead the team to use Root Cause Analysis tools to handle the issue and have proper follow up to make sure the action implementation is in place;
5. Responsible for daily operations control to make sure achieve all the key KPIs, such as Ｏn Time In Full, Cycle Time, Absolute Material Utilization, Delivery, etc.
6. Leading continuous improvement activities through Lean manufacturing and 6 Sigma methodology. Have proper resource for training, analysis, implement the plan and follow up the result.
7. Productivity
a. Responsible for develop the annual manufacturing budget and control the spending to achieve the goal;
b. Implement cost saving activity to achieve 5% productivity increase every year.
c. Implement new products localizations.
Qualifications
? A minimum BS is required, preferably in engineering , chemistry, science or equivalent;
? Fluency in English and Chinese, minimum 8 years production or operations management experience in corporate company;
? Familiar with EHS MS, QMS, LEAN manufacturing and 6 sigma knowledge;
? Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and people management skills;
? Strong problem analysis and solving ability;
? Solid PC skills.
