1. Monitor and analysis the performance of product in the factory, promote product quality continuous improvement.
2. Organizes corrective and preventive action plans of quality issues and tracking the results.
3. Organizes corrective and preventive action plans of customer complaints and tracking the results.
4. Monitor the implementation of quality system and standardization in factory and submit monthly report.
5. Ensure all changes to conform to the Product Creation Process (***).
6. Implement daily quality audit in factory and tracking the non-conformity be closed.
