Your Tasks:
1.Functional responsibility (governance) for all technical sourcing activities and related processes globally for the category in conjunction with the organizational units and their respective regulations with the target to maximize the contribution to operating profit from materials.

2.1 Support Central Technology Departments in new projects.
2.2 Maintain intensive regular contact with internal and external interdisciplinary partners and working-/ project groups to recognize developments (market, demand, etc.) and to exert the appropriate influence Ｏn decisions and processes.
2.3 Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
3.
3.1Conduct price and contract negotiations (especially but not Ｏnly first quote negotiations) with contract conclusion Ｏn short, mid and long term horizon in coordination with the consumers of the BU, the Corporate Functions and/or the organizational units and legal respect to the Business Conduct Guidelines to guarantee security of supplies at the best conditions.
3.2 Make use of the "Procurement Toolbox", identify and apply the most appropriate lever(s).

4.1 Continuously monitor the suppliers' operations according to defined criteria (quality, logistic and technology performance, cost competitiveness, risk and strategic importance, etc.)
4.2 Define and stipulate measures to develop the suppliers respect to current and future needs (e.g. in Supplier Workshops focusing Ｏn productivity etc.)
5.
5.1 Support Procurement Scouts and Category Managers (where available).
5.2 Do market screening, innovation sourcing and find market intelligence.
5.3 Do market screening and find market intelligence, provide scouting report.
6.
6.1 Work with location/user to support Ｏn product qualification process.
6.2 Drive technical discussions with supplier and locations.
Your Skills:
1.Bachelor's Degree or above
2.With related experience ,preferred in electrical, electronic, microelectronics, mechanical sciences, physics or chemistry.
3.Solid knowledge of the theoretical foundation in a technical field or business method, with a focus Ｏn growing practical experiences.
4.3 years operational Procurement experience working in a procurement function and/or cross-functional experience through project work in a related functional area.
5.Expertise in leading cross-functional and virtual project teams.
