高级工程师-安全（焊装）

职责描述：
负责车间安全管理工作，包括事故管理、隐患管理、特种设备管理、化学品管理、消防管理、应急管理及职业健康管理工作。
Responsible for workshop safety management, including accident management, hidden danger management, special equipment management, chemical management, fire management, emergency management and occupational health management
1.依照法律法规要求和公司安全方针要求建立并完善车间的安全相关程序文件，为车间员工提供安全方面的信息及帮助。Establish and maintain the company safety policies & procedures by laws or regulations requirements, provide information and technical consulting to staff at all levels.
2.制定车间HSE的培训计划，做好员工的三级安全教育等安全培训。Establish body shop HSE training plan and schedule ESH training courses and conduct training for employees.
3.支持公司HSE体系的建立，运行与管理。 Assist to develop the Company HSE Management system and the implementation.
4.对工作场地进行危险辨识，与相关部门合作以评估作业风险，对发现的一些安全问题向相关部门提出建议并提供协助。Identify hazards of workplace and co-work with relative departments to evaluate the risk (Risk Assessment system) , support and advise to relevant department in safety issues.
5.进行安全检查，以发现存在的或潜在的安全健康风险，同时对改善效果进行评估。 Make safety inspection and risk analysis to detect existing and potential accident and health hazards and accordingly determines corrective and preventive measures。
6.对车间安全事故/事件进行调查，并提供预防措施以控制并降低安全风险和事故的发生几率。 Coordinate related departments for incidents investigation and provide preventive actions for controlling safety risks and reducing incidents
7.参加ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001的内审与外审，并追踪问题点的改善情况。 Participates in ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 internal and external audit and follow up the findings
8.车间内施工安全管理。 Construction safety management in Body shop.
9.车间危险废弃物管理。Hazardous waste management.

有汽车相关行业安全管理经验
Graduated from relevant major, obtained the corresponding degree
相关专业毕业，获得相应的学历
Strong ability to lead, coach and train people. Excellent oral and written communication skills..

Good at problem solving, understanding risk assessment methods and external audit elements
擅长安全问题解决，了解风险评估方法及外部审核要素
Be able to prepare and implement annual safety related activity plan.
