Key tasks:
- The Specialist implements HR policies, procedures, standards and initiatives in an efficient and standardized way for the employees at the plant.
- He /she assesses HR related needs and drafts targeted initiatives that will increase performance, organizational trust and satisfaction. The specialists focus On implementation and local adaptations defined by location HR Head.
- He /she supports the implementation of improving the effectiveness of the organization in his/her area of responsibility.
1. Drive Best Performance
- Responsible for monthly blue collar performance management
- Drive constructive feedback culture in shopfloor and feedback capabilities
- Timely adjust the performance management process Ig., performance indicator adapting to operation targets
2. Compensation & Benefits
- Consulting On Compensation Policies, Benefits & Pensions to assist business needs.
- Support annual Salary Review, e.g data analysis
- Participating in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
- Corporate with Operation Center as location interface
- Collects and provides change requests towards Process Consultants
3. HR Digitalization
- Power BI: People Efficiency Analysis
4. Activities & Events(learning, branding ect.)
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above with 1-3 years working experience in HR functions (ideally from manufacturing industry)
2. Oral and written communication skill in both English and Mandarin
3. Open minded communication style
