混动及电动产品开发经理

Responsibilities:
- Lead the China engineering team to look for good hybridization and electrification opportunities, understand the customer needs, interpret the customer request to internal team; and communicate as a bridge between customer and global R&D.
- To promote Dayco’s hybridization/electrification products to customer, convince customer with the advantages and benefits of Dayco’s system.
- Tune the electrification strategy to adapt the latest market change
- Lead the China team to do design and development of hybridization/electrification projects, as part of the global R&D team.
- Complete the assignment from the global team, design review with global team and provide valuable input to optimize the design and reduce the risk.
- Plan the lab instruments investment, talent training and benchmark, in order to grow the competence of the hybridization/electrification team.
- To work closely with EM or Inverter business partners in China, lead the module development with the support from partners

Qualifications and experience:
--More than 10 years in automotive industry, 5 years’ experience in the powertrains for hybrid vehicles (like DHT) or BEV, as OEM or tier 1 supplier
-Knowledgeable of Electric Motors, Inverters, and integrated modules. It will be great if the candidate also has knowledge of control strategy of the vehicle
