Responsibility:
? Develop customer strategies and overseeing implementation of those strategies
? Manage the profitability of the customer assigned
? Coordinate quotations to ensure consistent pricing logic and to protect margin
? Negotiates product pricing and related contracts and agreements insuring a profitable return to Dayco.
? Seeks out new business opportunities at the customer with existing products or new products for continued business growth.
? Direct functions performed are pursuing quotation opportunities, price negotiations, product applications, quality consultation and assurance of proper deliveries.
? Manage budgeting activities for their respective customer
? Assumes general representation of Dayco business through personal visitation, communication, and entertainment to instill trust and confidence with the customer.
? Interfaces with internal and external contacts regarding product specifications, cost/price and timing.
? Develops and maintains relationships at Customer matrix levels in order to understand customer trends.
? Provides input of current market conditions to corporate forecasting for the purpose of meeting business plan ob
? Assists in organizing communication lines between customer and Dayco to assure a mutually effective working relationship.
? Resolves all issues between customer and Dayco for the purpose of maintaining a healthy business relationship
? Manages the efficiency of the sales and the customer technical assistance
? Understands all products responsible for including form, fit and function and benchmarks to the competition. Assists in establishing, developing, and executing marketing/sales strategies, plans, and sales forecasts for respective area ba
? Conduct analysis of customer quotations to ensure compliance with program targets and assumptions.
? Interface with program engineering team to develop customer quotations including preparation of supporting documentation.
? Records all the agreements with the customer and updates the contractual documentation on the complete program.Ensures total customer satisfaction through proper quality system.
Job Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree in Mechanical,have at least 5 years of sales experience on the field of Passenger car.
? Manage complexity; Problem solving; Develop teamwork; Communicate and share information; Show availability and reliability
? Build strong work relationships.
Fluent in English.
