Plant Controller-2724

Overall responsible for Suzhou operation plant finance performance issue.
? Prepare and response Suzhou plant annual budget, monthly rolling forecast, planning and analysis
? Yearly updated plant std cost per approved AOP, prepare monthly variance analysis
? Response Suzhou related CAPEX investment analysis
? Support finance manager for the reconcile for *** SAP& Global ＯneStream consolidated report,
to be confirmed completeness, accuracy and follow corporate policy
? Work with Suzhou plant manager as business partner to present plant performance.
? Support plant manager to monitor Inventory status with the cycle count and annual physical count
? Follow company policy to ensure all the business follow, improve to avoid the potential risk
? Response for global group audit, and also take the response for plant level internal control and internal audit
? Other associated supporting work with China finance director

任职要求：
? Excellent in English
? Good computer skills, Be familiar with MS-office software especially Excel.
Good team player and able to work under big pressure.
? Professional and solid accounting especially in costing knowledge/Certificates, prefer ACCA or AICPA etc.
? Strong knowledge in working with SAP. Excellent experience in costing.
? Understand US and China GAAP reporting requirements.
? Bachelor or above degree, major in accounting.
? More than 12 years in multi-national company working experience.
