装配工艺工程师

Position Summary
？ Research and develop manufacturing and assembling engineering, improve and service the product lines, establish the manufacturing engineering standard to get new products SOP, improve product quality and production effectiveness, reduce the production cost.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
？ Ensure the implementation of all company policies and regulations including position relevant responsibilities in the Safety Responsibility System of the company
？ Execute ME/MT strategy
？ Develop and maintain related documents and process to ensure internal/external audits.
？ Research and design the new manufacturing, assembling processes, machines, tools to finish the new product development.
？ Establish and maintain manufacturing engineering standard
？ Design new production line, adjust and modify existing production lines and be involved in measuring and testing.
？ Timely launch according to project schedule and ME responsibility.
？ Ensure machines are in good condition; improve the production effectiveness, product quality, break bottle neck process, cost reduction
？ Problem solving related technology, quality, safety and Ergo
？ Collect, document and update the database of manufacturing, including machine, cutting tools’ specification and parameters.
？ Train and instruct operators.
？ Optimize operating flow and material flow.
？ Propose equipment suppliers and provide necessary evaluation documents and conduct daily supplier management.
？ Provide the technology spec to Purchasing Dept to finish the purchasing of machines and materials.
？ Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements / Qualifications
？ Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Engineering or above is must
？ 5 years of work experience in manufacturing engineering with automobile parts manufacturing and assembling
？ Familiar with PFMEA, APQP and SPC tools
？ Experience with manufacturing software tools (CAD/CAM, Pro-E etc.)
？ Welding technology experience is preferred.
？ Good English communication and written skill
？ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
