主管工艺工程师/Lead Process Engineer

Job Summary职位概述:
The job holder has good technical leadership with rich technical knowledge and experience in the product portfolio for Tissue, Clinical Chemistry and Elecsys Diagnostics System Reagents, and manufacturing process. The job holder should take the lead to resolve any technical issues related to products and manufacturing process in a close and good collaboration with other departments such as MSAT, Quality Control, Quality Assurance & Regulatory.
该人员需在组织、生化和免疫诊断系统试剂产品和生产工艺方面具有丰富的专业知识和经验，并具备良好的技术领导力。该职位将和其它部门例如生产技术部, 质量控制部，质量法规部等紧密和良好合作，并领导与产品和生产工艺相关的所有技术问题。
The job holder is as technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the system reagents of diagnostics testing system and manufacturing process, means that not Ｏnly for routine operation, but also contribute for new project and improvements tasks from operation side.
该职位是诊断测试系统试剂生产产品与工艺系统的技术专家，不仅要进行常规工作，还要为运营方面的新项目和改进任务做出贡献。
The job holder should be capable to develop knowledge of Compounding, filling & packaging process and be capable to identify critical process control points for production quality and efficiency
