1. Screen the market and look for opportunities / prospects, ba
2. Develop and execute a regional aggressive sales and business development action plan to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for new business targets.
3. Identify all business development opportunities in strategic related clients of the region & map out the opportunities to present to Corporate Management;
4. Lead the complete sales process, starting with setting up new relationships, preparing offers and concepts,
presenting and arguing at the customers and finally lead the contract negotiations.
5. Cooperate with all needed departments.
6. To assist other ad-hoc issues assigned by Head of Regional Sales that relates to the business development
function.
7. Attend and achieve Sales Plan of CC Ele which established each year.
8. Other tasks assigned by team & company.
任职要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Engineering or Chemistry (or related)
2. In-depth knowledge of Professional knowledge and practices
3. Bilingual: English and Chinese
4. Strong analytical skills, including business, market and competitive assessments
5. Ability to influence and align cross functional team members to achieve excellent results
6. Customer focused while balancing need for growth, profit, and strategic fit/alignment
7. Excellent relationship builder, including identifying influencers and decision makers
8. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to travel up to 50% (mostly within China)
