Job Responsibilities
- Manage network development team to ensure achieving all targets On time. Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends
- Recruit salespeople, set ob
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve any escalated problems from HCPs and customers
- Meet with key stakeholders and grow long-lasting relationships between key hospitals or departments with BI
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor and above
- over 5 year sales management experiences in Pharma, MedTech, or other Online medical platforms
- Strong demonstrated knowledge and understanding of neurology or rehabilitation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Basic Computer Microsoft Office Skills, such as work and excel.
- Results-driven, persistent - able to self-direct and work independently showing initiative, while seeking guidance when appropriate. Open to new ideas and innovative thinking
