A.    Job Holder’s Profile Requirements

1.     Junior College Or Above, major in Mechanical & Electronic Engineering or Equivalent

2.     5 years quality inspection experience in raw materials quality control

3.     Basic knowledge of ISO13485, QSR, GMP requirements

4.     Mastered in inspection tool operation, such as calliper, micrometer, CMM etc

5.     Good English Reading and Writing can read English drawings, know Geometric Tolerance

6.     Good Computer Skill for Office, especially excel

7.     Basic statistic and analysis skills, familiar with SPC and QC 7 tools

8.     Strong responsibility, solid and Stable work attitude

9.     Good communication

10.   Problem solving capability

11.   Spirit of continuous improvement

Key Areas of Accountability:

1.     Follow inspection plans perform inspection Ｏn raw materials received by Philips ensure the raw components meet with specification.

2.     Complete inspection of urgent materials in target time.

3.     Support Ｏn PPA materials inspection and others special inspection requirements.

4.     Provide the metrology service to assist engineers Ｏn problem solving.

5.     Collection, review and archiving the materials inspection records, make sure all inspection record’ integrity, correctness and compliance with GDP requirements.

6.     Create nonconformity reports for defects and notify related functions of nonconformity information. Assist quality engineer in nonconformity handling.

7.     Routine quality data collection, analysis and reporting daily/weekly/monthly according the Quality KPI report.

8.     Assist the quality engineer to train the new comer inspector for the operation of instruments.

9.     Attend daily project meeting to understand materials quality performance Ｏn production.

10.   Participate and supporting the external and internal quality audit execution.

11.   Lead for continues improvement the IQC area and process.

12.   Lead some department internal activity for some theme.
