Job Description & Summary：
Responsibilities：
Directly responsible for the expansion, implementation and management of business operation support projects, and provide professional consulting services for customers' market operation;
Responsible for expanding operational thinking, optimizing operational decisions and strategies, formulating specific marketing plans, improving operational performance and enhancing operational capabilities;
Responsible for multi-project management, guiding project implementation, monitoring project implementation process and progress, and ensuring the completion of projects with quality and quantity;
Maintain and expand customer relationships, manage customer expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at a reasonable level;
Actively maintain and expand the market, maintain the continuation of existing projects, and actively expand new markets (including outside markets) and new projects;
Manage the local project team, maintain good communication and collaboration with other departments and teams, and create and maintain a good team atmosphere and working environment.
直接负责业务运营支撑项目的拓展、实施及管理，为客户的市场运营提供专业咨询服务；
负责扩展运营思路，优化经营决策与策略，制定具体营销方案，改善运营绩效，提升运营能力；
负责多项目的管理，指导项目实施，监控项目实施过程及进度，确保各项目保质保量完成；
维护和拓展客户关系，管理客户期望，确保客户满意维持在合理水平；
积极维护并拓展市场，保持现有项目的延续，并积极拓展新市场（包括域外市场）、新项目；
管理本地项目团队，保持与其他部门和团队的良好沟通和协作，创造并维护良好的团队氛围和工作环境。
Requirements：
Bachelor degree or above in communication engineering, automotive electronics Engineering, Computer Science or similar major；
More than 5 years of experience in automobile industry, more than 3 years of platform operation experience；
Able to independently complete the analysis of competing products, demand analysis, demand documents, product functional prototypes and functional documents;
Have certain ability of organization, management, judgment, communication, coordination and expression;
Good documentation and communication skills；
English CET4 or above, can adapt to long-distance business trips.
通信工程、汽车电子工程、计算机科学或类似专业本科以上学历；
5年以上汽车行业经验,3年以上平台运营经验；
能独立未完成行业竞品分析、需求分析、需求文档、产品功能原型及功能文档的编辑工作；
具有一定的组织管理能力、判断能力、沟通协调、表达能力；
良好的文档撰写能力和沟通能力；
英语CET4及以上，能适应异地出差。
